AFC Wimbledon
League One, England
AFC Wimbledon were created by supporters in 2002 after Wimbledon FC was moved to Milton Keynes. They climbed from the ninth tier back into the EFL and returned to Plough Lane in 2020. The final act is obvious: take the phoenix all the way back to the top flight and recreate the old club's 1988 FA Cup miracle.
