Altınordu

TFF 2. Lig, Turkey

Altınordu produced Çağlar Söyüncü and Cengiz Ünder through an academy built around Turkish players. For years they refused to use foreign players at all. Commit to that rule in FM and see whether a locally developed squad can win Turkey and then Europe.
