Chesterfield
League Two, England
Chesterfield were denied a place in the 1997 FA Cup final after Jonathan Howard's shot against Middlesbrough crossed the line but wasn't given. They lost the semi-final replay and never got another shot. Having returned to the EFL after six non-league seasons, take the Spireites to the Premier League and give them another chance at Wembley.
