Club Bolívar

Bolivian División Profesional, Bolivia

Bolívar reached the 2004 Sudamericana final and beat Boca Juniors at home, only to lose the return leg. They've won plenty in Bolivia but no major continental trophy. Build another final-reaching side and finish the job.
