Hong Kong Premier League, Hong Kong

Eastern made history in 2016 when Chan Yuen-ting became the first woman to lead a men's top-flight team to a national championship. That gives the club one of the most distinctive modern stories in Asian football. Add a continental chapter and turn Hong Kong's landmark champions into an Asian force.
