Ezra FC
Lao League 1, Laos
Ezra began primarily as a youth academy providing football, accommodation and education to young Lao players. For years development mattered more than trophies, before they finally became champions in 2024/25 and retained the title. Keep the academy-first philosophy and build the national game around it.
