FC Bihor Oradea

Liga 2, Romania

The old FC Bihor collapsed in 2016. Their replacement made it back to Romania's second tier and reached the 2026 promotion play-offs, but a licensing problem blocked the chance to go up. Fix the off-field issues first, then bring top-flight football back to Oradea.
