FC Kuressaare
Meistriliiga, Estonia
Kuressaare represent Saaremaa, Estonia's largest island, so away trips mean crossing to the mainland. They've never won the league. Build around island-born players and take one of football's more isolated top-flight clubs to the Estonian title.
