ŁKS Łódź

I liga, Poland

ŁKS won Polish championships in 1958 and 1998 but have spent the modern era bouncing between the top two divisions while city rivals Widzew rebuilt their own status. Start in I liga, get back up and make the Łódź derby a title-level rivalry rather than a nostalgia fixture.
