Matsumoto Yamaga
J3 League, Japan
Matsumoto climbed from regional football to J1 in barely a decade, powered by crowds far bigger than their level suggested. They then fell just as dramatically and ended up in J3. Recreate the rise, but this time build enough infrastructure to make top-flight football permanent.
