NK Karlovac 1919

SuperSport Prva NL, Croatia

Karlovac climbed from the third tier to Croatia's top flight with back-to-back promotions and finished sixth in each of their first two seasons there, before financial collapse ended the old project. The Karlovac 1919 identity fought back through the lower leagues and is in the second tier for 2026/27. Finish the return and build a sustainable top-flight club this time.
