Pirin Blagoevgrad
Bulgarian Second League, Bulgaria
Pirin's academy helped produce Dimitar Berbatov and a long list of Bulgarian internationals, yet the first team sits in the second tier and has endured a dreadful start to 2026/27. Make Blagoevgrad's youth system the entire identity of the save: develop, sell and eventually win Bulgaria with academy graduates.
