Sedan
Régional 1 Grand Est, France
Sedan won two French Cups and were still a Ligue 1 club in the 2000s, but liquidation in 2023 forced them into regional football. They are now in Régional 1, miles from the professional game. Rebuild one of France's great small-town clubs from the sixth tier and take the Ardennes back to Ligue 1.
