Skeid
2. divisjon, Norway
Skeid won the Norwegian league in 1966 and have lifted the Norwegian Cup eight times, but modern football has left the Oslo club far behind. They are now in the third tier. Rebuild one of Norway's great cup clubs and create a capital-city challenger capable of taking on the country's new-money powers.
