União de Leiria
Liga Portugal 2, Portugal
José Mourinho managed União de Leiria before Porto, and the club was a regular top-flight and European name during the early 2000s. Financial collapse eventually sent them into district football. They are back in Liga Portugal 2 - finish a decade-long reconstruction and return Mourinho's old stepping-stone to Europe.
