Cobreloa

Primera B de Chile, Chile

Cobreloa reached back-to-back Copa Libertadores finals in 1981 and 1982 and lost both. They are now in Chile's second tier, so the route back starts with promotion before you can chase the continental trophy that twice slipped away.
