Alemannia Aachen
3. Liga, Germany
Alemannia Aachen played Bundesliga and UEFA Cup football in the 2000s before financial trouble and relegations dumped them into the regional leagues. They are back in 3. Liga, with a huge support base for the level. Wake the club up properly and take Aachen back from the fourth-tier wilderness to European football.
