Viktoria Berlin

Regionalliga Nordost, Germany

Viktoria Berlin were German champions in 1908 and 1911, long before the Bundesliga existed. More than a century later they are buried in the Regionalliga. Take one of Germany's original national champions from the fourth tier back into the professional game and eventually add a modern title to the pre-war ones.
