1860 Munich

Regionalliga Bayern, Germany

1860 Munich won the Bundesliga in 1965/66 - before Bayern Munich had ever been German champions - but in 2026/27 they are down in Regionalliga Bayern. That makes the city rivalry absurdly lopsided. Start in tier four, get back into the professional leagues and eventually make Munich genuinely competitive again.
