Borussia Neunkirchen

Oberliga Rheinland-Pfalz/Saar, Germany

Borussia Neunkirchen played Bundesliga football in the 1960s and were one of Saarland's major clubs before the region vanished from Germany's elite. They now play in the fifth-tier Oberliga. Take an old industrial club from a town of fewer than 50,000 all the way back to the Bundesliga.
