General Caballero (Juan León Mallorquín)

División Intermedia, Paraguay

General Caballero were relegated from Paraguay's top flight in 2025 but won the national cup in the same season. Relegation cost them the Libertadores place the trophy should have brought. Start in the second tier, win promotion and reach the continental competition they missed.
