Piacenza
Serie D, Italy
Piacenza spent much of the 1990s in Serie A while famously leaning heavily on Italian players rather than importing stars. They are now in Serie D. Make the identity the challenge: climb back to Serie A using only Italians and see whether a deliberately old-school squad-building policy can survive modern football.
