SS Taranto
Eccellenza, Italy
Taranto is one of the biggest Italian cities never to have seen its team in Serie A. Another financial collapse has left the city's successor club in the fifth tier. End that long wait for a top-flight season, then see how far you can take a club with almost no experience of the big time.
