Pro Vercelli

Serie C, Italy

Pro Vercelli won seven Italian championships before modern Serie A even existed, but have not played top-flight football since the 1930s. They now sit in Serie C. This is one of the purest historical rebuilds in Europe: return a forgotten pre-war superpower to Serie A and add an eighth title nearly a century later.
