Puerto Rico Islanders
Defunct - custom setup, Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico Islanders reached the semi-finals of the 2008/09 CONCACAF Champions League and even beat Cruz Azul 2-0 in the first leg before losing on penalties. The club folded in 2012. Bring the Islanders back with a custom database and rebuild one of the strangest near-misses in modern CONCACAF history.
