Queen of the South
Scottish League One, Scotland
Queen of the South reached the 2008 Scottish Cup final after an absurd 4-3 semi-final win, then played European football despite losing to Rangers. They're now in the lower divisions. Get Dumfries back into Europe and eventually win the Scottish Cup properly.
