Regar-TadAZ

Tajikistan Higher League, Tajikistan

Regar-TadAZ are literally the club of Tajikistan's giant aluminium plant in Tursunzoda and won the AFC President's Cup three times. That combination of factory-team identity and continental history is pure Football Manager. Restore the aluminium club domestically and take it into Asia's modern competition structure.
