Deportivo Binacional

Liga 2 / reinstatement pending, Peru

Binacional won their first Peruvian title in 2019, becoming the first champions from the Puno region, but legal and administrative chaos later engulfed the club. With a court order sending them back to Liga 1 for 2027, this is a bizarre rebuild centred on restoring stability and proving the title was not a one-off.
