Vitória de Setúbal

Campeonato de Portugal, Portugal

Vitória have played more than 70 seasons in Portugal's top flight and won three Portuguese Cups, but financial problems eventually cost them their national-league place. They fell into the Setúbal district leagues and have only just climbed back to the Campeonato de Portugal for 2026/27. This is a genuine giant rebuild from tier four.
